Little steps and one big hurdle crossed
I am on a high right now as until this point I had always bought my clothes over the net. Last week i embarked on the local town for a spot of femme clothes shopping but ended up having a panic attack and walked without buying anything. Well today i was on route and made my first purchase of a top. I was as nervous as hell but overcome that fear and now confidence is starting build towards the next shopping trip. :)

Little steps all take courage.
You really do have just as much right to be there as any other woman.
You can always say you are buying for a girlfriend or a wife, if you feel a little awkward but why should we feel the need to lie?
The chances are the staff have encountered some one like us before. Your money is as good as anyone else's & they will be only to happy to help you spend it.
Life has played such a cruel trick on us.
If only you can some how just relax & be yourself, appear confident, you will be broke before you know it. Shopping's a lot more fun than beer & you have something permanent to show for your money.
Soon you will look back at this first shopping venture & wonder what you were worrying about & also where all your money has gone!

My first time, I went bright red and was incredibly nervous. Now I smile and make eye contact.
The problem is once you get the shopping bug your clothes rail gets full and theres nowhere to put it all.
